Vauxhall original radio harness to ISO
RED wire - connect to ignition supply
ORANGE - Dimmer - connect to side light switch (if required)

Ignition supply can be found behind the radio. Look for a bundle of wires wraped in plastic protective tubing
The thick BROWN wire is 12v igniton

Ignition supply found at rear of the hazard switch. usually a thin BLACK wire.
